Avant-Garde Vintage started as a hobby during the planning of my own
wedding in 2008 and 2009. I love vintage hats and accessories, but
love putting a more modern spin on things - bright colors, new
materials, and unique design "tweaks." The name comes from my
desire to put new spins on classic looks and come up with something
truly personal and fun.
Our wedding in 2009 was a blend of vintage-inspired, rockabilly, and the
traditional. That same blend can be found in my work.
